The freedom of women in India has become a great matter of national concern: increasing insecurity issues for women, female foeticide and crime against girl child have raised many questions which are not being answered by anyone. The hard facts reveals that the “Girl Child” is now being disowned by their own parents and end up growing in orphanages. But, keeping the promise to serve the society, Radhe Guru Maa, the mother of kindness and compassion believes in serving everyone without exception. The devotees of Radhe Maa have shown special concern for “Girl Child’ and extended their support to “Mentally disabled” people.

The devotees reached at the “Bal Bhavan-Girl Child Orphanage” where they have donated clothes and exchanged warmth with each other.

Whereas in Shanti Daan, more than hundred mentally challenged people received clothes form Radhe Maa’s devotees and cherished every moment. The inmates over here are not only deprived of love and care, but also faced denial from their own family. The disciples of Mamtamai Shree Radhe Guru  Maa, came together to experience the joy of giving love, care and affection to God’s closest souls.

The manager of Shanti Daan, Issac said “These people are very special to God, they don’t ask for more than love. We really felt good when the devotees of Shree Radhe Guru Maa spent quality time with them.”
For the record, Radhe Guru Maa’s darshans are held every alternate Saturday at the Radhe Maa Bhavan in Borivali. This does not include any fee and open to all.

Param Shradhey Shri Radhe Guru Maa serves God’s own children

Devotees initiates “Food Seva Campaign”

On behalf of Shri Radhe Guru Maa, the devotees have distributed fresh fruits along with nutritious supplements at St. Francis D’Assisi Orphanage and Aadhaar Old Age Home.

Shri Radhe Maa believes that these orphans are God’s own children and it’s our duty to take care of them. These kids of orphanage and aging parents of old age home deserve to lead a happy & healthy life like us. The kids at the orphan never felt the love of parents. Similarly, the aging parents at the old age home have been disowned by their own children. Therefore, serving them with great affection is our priority.

Following the wisdom of Shri Radhe Guru Maa, the devotees spent time to bring smiles on their faces. Seema, Manager, Adhaar Old Age Home says that “It is an overwhelming experience for the residents of Aadhar Old Age Home. We really appreciate the social work done by the volunteers of Shri Radhe Guru Maa.” The manager of St Francis D’Assisi Orphanage David Pateila, said “These kids are at a growing stage, they need healthy diet plan and nutrition. I am delighted to receive fresh fruits and healthy drink supplement by the disciples of Shree Radhe Guru Maa.”

Sanjeev Gupta, MD, Global Advertisers says that “It is an experience of all, that no one goes empty handed from her darbar. Everyone is treated at par with each other- no one is rich or poor in her darbaar. Radhe Guru Maa’s darshans are held every alternate Saturday at the Radhe Maa Bhavan in Borivali. This does not include any fee and open to all devotees without exception.”

Lord Ganeshji Festival - Did you know? - Part 9

Japa of Lord Ganesha

'Aum Gam Ganapataye Namah' is Lord Ganesha's mula ("root") mantra. It is also known as His bija mantra, for it combines Ganesha's bija ("seed") sound, "gam," with the phrase, "Praise be to Ganapati." This mantra is used for yoga sadhana in which we invoke Ganesha and merge ourself with His supreme knowledge and peace.

These two mantras are not harmful if mispronounced, as sometimes happens, though they should be sounded as properly as possible to be most effective. Most importantly, they must be chanted at the same time each day, and this means exactly the same time, for full devic support.

Lord Ganeshji Festival - Did you know? - Part 7

Ganesh Temple in Thailand

Ganesh Temple at Nakhon Nayok Museum

Ganesh Temple at Nakhon Nayok
In the recent past, Ganesh Chaturthi has been celebrated in Thailand at two places—Shiva temple in Raminthara (Bangkok) and Ganesh Temple at Nakhon Nayok, about 200 km from Bangkok.

Last year, a a38-ft-tall Ganesh idol was ceremoniously worshipped by Shri Phararaj Koson, chancellor of Buddhist University Bangkok at Nakhon and Shri Mae Khu Von Seng, head of Raminthara Temple.

The places wore a festive look with colourful saffron flags, banners and flower decorations. The Nakhon festival was a 10-day traditional event while Bangkok saw a 2-day celebration.

Lord Ganeshji Festival - Did you know? - Part 6

When Ganesha idols sipped milk

Do you remember September 21, 1995? It was a special day for devotees of Lord Ganesha. The lord’s idols began sipping milk. It happened in India and spread later to the entire world. In some temples idols of Lord Shiva and Lord Naga also accepted milk. Even non-devotees in countries like the US, UK, Kenya and South Africa experienced the wonderful miracle.

Did you witness this miracle?
